The 2012-2013 Financial Aid Estimator provides an estimated Financial Aid Award Letter for full-time, first-time degree-seeking undergraduate students only. These estimates do not represent a final determination, or actual award, of financial assistance or a final net price; they are only estimates based on cost of attendance and Financial Aid provided to students in 2012-13. All estimated values are subject to change and to the availability of funding. Cost of attendance and Financial Aid availability changes year to year. These estimates shall not be binding on the Secretary of Education, to UC Santa Barbara, or the State. For more information about the Financial Aid application process, visit Applying.
This estimator only produces estimated values based on the information you provide. If you provide incorrect information, the resulting estimated values may differ significantly from your final Financial Aid award letter. Furthermore, your final Financial Aid award letter can be affected by a number of factors:
- The number of units you complete during an academic quarter
- Private scholarships from external agencies
- Specific requirements, such as the Cal Grant GPA Verification Form
This tool is only intended for full-time, undergraduate students. Graduate students should contact our office or their department directly for more information.
