Non-renewal Cal Grant Applicants must submit their GPA to the California Student Aid Commision. Students that have already received the Cal Grant do not need to do this.
If there is a negative balance on your BARC account due to Financial Aid money crediting, the BARC Office will start depositing Spring refund checks no sooner than this date. If you have not yet enrolled in direct deposit, please set up eRefund on MyBarc by clicking on “Gaucho E-Bill” and then on “eRefund” in order to allow a quicker disbursement of your fall refund directly into your checking or savings account.
