How many units will you be enrolled in?
If you are enrolling in a UC Summer Study Travel Program, what is the name of the program?
I understand that I must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 transferable units across the UC system to receive financial aid.
Funds will be disbursed into my UCSB BARC account no earlier than 10 days prior to the start date of UCSB's first Summer Session.
I am responsible to promptly pay any and all costs incurred at the host institution by the fee deadline using the refund from my financial aid, and if necessary, by using any other personal funds.
I understand that if my enrollment changes I may be required to repay part or all of the financial aid I received.
I understand that I must request that the host institution send an official grade transcript to UCSB within 45 days of the completion of my program.
I understand that the cancellation or reduction of any disbursement that has already been paid requires the funds to be returned to the UCSB Billing Office within 30 days. Interest and fees will still be owed for Direct UNSUBSIDIZED Loans cancelled or reduced more than 120 days after the loan first disbursed.
I understand I cannot receive aid from two institutions during the same summer term.
