My work lies at the intersection of positive psychology, cognition, and educational psychology, with a particular focus on how mindfulness can improve student success outcomes and wellbeing. My current thesis examines how a 10-day mindfulness intervention created by past lab members changes behavioral measures of mind-wandering and growth mindset.</p>
