The U.S. Department of Education mandates consumer information for universities participating in federal student aid programs through the Student Consumer Information Regulations. These regulations are based on the Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA) and the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA).
In compliance with these federal requirements, the University of California, Santa Barbara, provides the following disclosures to students.
